Spaghetti Squash



I am very excited to tell you that I tried spaghetti squash for the first time ever. I feel stupid saying it but I will say…I have a lot of fun making it. I yelled at my husband to run to the kitchen and see how magic it was. He did’nt seem impressed but I was. I made him touch it and tried make it himself for a bit to see how cool it was.

I just cut it in half and boiled for 20 minutes. Scooped out the seeds with a spoon and started using the fork pulling out the spaghetti. DSC_0308


The whole squash yielded enough for 4 of my meals and other half I gave for my husband’s lunch tomorrow.


I added some of my homemade tomato sauce on top of it. All what I can say is my belly and my face are both very happy.



Low carb breakfast


How about a super easy low carb breakfast???

This a very simple recipe. Grab your muffin pan and spray oil it. Add a slice of ham into it and beat eggs with milk. Beat the eggs really well. I used around  8 eggs make to  6 of them.

Pour the mixed eggs with milk on top of ham and add a bit of your favorite cheese. Bake around 20 minutes on 350F.

P.s.s For a low calorie option add egg white instead.


Perfect health breakfast. You can freeze the rest or share with people you love.
