Homemade hemp milk

I am so excited I finally found a homemade hemp milk recipe to try.

As I said before I can have any dairy for now but slowly my nutritionist will add some of it back in a couple months. When I first quit dairy I started drink almond drink instead and I found out I am intolerante to almonds too. My doctor told me to try hemp milk and I hated it maybe for one week after that I felt in love with hemp.

Hemp milk is very expensive I pay around $5 per box that

I drink in a week and half. This recipe I made the same amount is in the box for around $2 and is way healthier and better taste.

The recipe I found on the detoxinista website.

Oats pancakes recipe because you know I love pancakes :)

Hello, ūüôā

It’s been a long time since I¬† blogged. My life is being a little crazy right now, I have a new job.¬† I am Personal Trainer at a local gym and I am loving it so much. Soon I will try post some exercises¬† and stretch ideas.

I am playing in the kitchen lately and I created  about 4 more  pancakes recipes. All of them healthier than normal pancakes. I will try post them all when I have a chance. I am crazy about PANCAKES.

Here is a super fast and simple recipe for breakfast: This recipe makes just 2 pancakes for my belly.

– 1/2 cup of oats

– 1 egg

– 2 tablespoons of blanched almond flour

– 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda

– 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

– 3 tablespoons of milk ( if is to thick you can add more milk)

– 1 teaspoon of honey

Add all the ingredients in a container and mix with a hand mixer. Mix until smooth. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium low heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/2 of the batter. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

Here is a picture how my life it’s been lately:
