Well, I can’t say I ate clean today. Because I didn’t so well. Why ?? First of all, I was moving to other apartment so I carried heavy stuff, boxes, bags and clothes all day. Cleaned old place and new place. I totally didn’t have time to cook or think about eat at all. But not all is lost. I will fix by working out extra today.
Remember that pizza my husband ordered yesterday?? Well, I ate a slice today for breakfast. 😦 It was a little one but bad anyway. I had half banana, one slice of bread, coffee and the darn pizza. ( there’s just half slice in the plate in the picture but believe me I eat the whole slice)
After my breakfast everything got crazy. Apartment was a mess of things everywhere. So I just had a half banana and a string cheese.
I ended up snacking during the day some roast unsalted almonds and a grapefruit. At lunch I just ate some veggies and other string cheese ( only protein I had) and some beans.
It was super late when finally I had some time to cook dinner. And because the new place has deck I was super excited to barbecue. I love barbecue. So I did it. Grilled some steak, chicken and one hot dog to my husband. And to celebrate we our new place we drink some beers while watching Entourage.
I had learned today that I just eat junk food if I don’t have my healthy meals with me. So for now on I will keep my food around all the time. And of course today I will have to work out a lot to burn my bad attitude from yesterday.
