Spinach with Garbanzo Beans Recipe

Servings 2


1 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

1/4 onion, diced

10 oz of frozen spinach or fresh ones

1/2 can of garbanzos beans

1/4 teaspoon of cumin

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1. Heat the olive oil over¬† medium heat. Add the garlic and onion into oil and cook for about 3-5 minutes. Stir is spinach, beans, cumin and salt. Cook until thoroughly heated.Enjoy ūüôā
